During FAA Online Meetings we ask that you use protocol while in the
chatroom. The protocol is explained below the chat box. We ask that
you not speak in the chatroom during FAA Online Meetings unless
formally called on by the meeting chair.
There will be a greeter who will greet each person as they enter the
room during the meeting. The greeter will speak privately to each
person as they enter, informing each person about the protocol, and
also about the topic of the meeting.

This chatroom is open 24 hours per day. However, it is reserved for
FAA Online Meetings during certain times. Currently, the FAA Online
Meeting days and times are:
Saturday 11:00 AM Eastern (8:00 AM Pacific)
Beginner's Meeting

Sundays 1:00 PM to 2PM Eastern Time (10AM to 11AM Pacific Time)
Tuesdays 9PM to 10PM Eastern Time (6PM to 7PM Pacific Time)
Wednesday 9:00
p.m. Eastern Time (6PM Pacific Time)
