I'm new to FAA I found it while searching the net for help. I just would like any suggestions you may have to help me in the right direction.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to FAA, roundagain!
What I'd suggest is seeing if you think you are, or might be, a food addict. If you are, you've definitely come to the right place since the solution can be found in FAA. There's a great webpage on the FAA website to help you answer this question for yourself, and you can also go to some FAA meetings and see if what people are saying there seems to "click" for you. Here are the links for meetings and for the symptoms of food addiction:

FAA suggests trying six meetings before deciding you don't need help or aren't a food addict.
Another idea is to spend some time here in FAA's Online Support doing some reading of posts. You may be able to identify with what newcomers have written, and if so, there will be lots of good ideas and responses to those posts that could be of help for you. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them here or in the Open Chat for Newcomers (Friday nights at 9pm in the FAA Chat Room), or during the last five minutes of phone meetings. There's also a Panel Discussion (phone meeting) on Sundays at 7pm Eastern right after the 6pm Beginner's phone meeting. The Panel Discussion has people with time in FAA recovery answering questions from newcomers and others.
Best wishes, roundagain~
