Faa people reach out when you need them

I recently had a tussle with food, posted on the loop, and thank God, several people sent encouraging messages...this is why I'm in FAA....the support has made all the difference in my life....there are a lot of us feeling alone with our eating problems...sitting in our living rooms, with food on our lap we know we shouldn't be eating, stuffing ourselves to feel better, but it doesn't help, we know that....if we just get online or on the phone and REACH OUT TO THIS FELLOWSHIP, we get what we need, support, kindness, caring, wise advice, and hope.
