Thanksgiving is a wonderful holiday but can be hard for those who are alone or lonely people who have no friends to share the day with....especially if they are being abstinent....and don't want to use the food to fill up their lonliness....pray that these people are able to stay free of junk food and don't choose to soothe themselves with sugar on this upcoming holiday.

Although some people may spend Thanksgiving alone in the physical, nobody is truly alone. We are all connected somehow and through FAA we tap into a momentum of loving energy whether it be through our stories, our HP, the green book or another medium. We are all here for a reason, to love and support one another :) Lots of love to you this holiday season!

Hello,
Just want to let you know you are not alone. This is a we program. We are having a Thanksgiving Phone Meeting Marathon come join us on the road to recovery. Check out the above link scroll to the bottom for a complete listing of hour by hour leaders and topics to be shared thru out the Thanksgiving holiday!
Everyday I light a candle and say a prayer for those who are suffering from this terrible disease of food addiction. Those both inside the rooms of FAA and also for those who have not yet found their way here.

Well, the Christmas eve is near. I'm sure you prepared healthy foods! However, in case you are traveling by road this holiday season, expect to deal with slow-downs and heavy traffic (http://www.cardealexpert.com/news-information/the-expert-explains/holiday-travel-season/). According to the American Automobile Association, there will be more Americans on the highway this Christmas and New Year's Holiday than seen in six years.
