BELIEVE IT, THE SUGAR CRAVINGS CAN GO AWAY, WILL GO AWAY ......
If you can just get through that first week or so of withdrawal, you can do it with group support.......
FAA is here for you if you are tired of being a slave to sugar and flour....tired of stuffing yourself to fill some emotional need, tired of spending so much money on junk food, tired of looking in the mirror and thinking what you could have been, please KEEP COMING BACK AND SEE IF WHAT WE HAVE IS WHAT YOU WANT.
There is real hope here...there is caring and understanding...WELCOME newcomers...this can be a new home and family for you.:chuncky:

I always just thought I just LIKED sweets and bad stuff... that was just my nature and I couldn't resist so NO DIET ever worked because I just couldn't resist!

Holy moley! Was I wrong! It is day 12 and I have been eating clean & abstinent and the cravings are GONE! I'm shocked. The cranky mood swing period of withdrawals is gone as well. I feel like a million bucks and am on the road to being healthy. :chuncky:

What a great 'place' to be... I can't even tell you. (well, I don't NEED to here, do I?? LOL You all know!)

Praising God for an abstinent day!

Walking this road with you ~ Brooke
