Help!!! Am looking for answers to food program

I have read the food indicated for my life style change and really need some clarification. Would like help locating a sponsor via telephone.

You are right in thinking a sponsor can help you with the food plan, that is one of the main purposes of having a sponsor. In FAA, members are responsible for selecting their own sponsors and a good way of doing it is going to meetings, getting contact information, and being in touch with FAA members. The last five minutes of phone meetings, telephone numbers are exchanged. You can leave your own phone number if you'd like and you can take down phone numbers of people who leave them.

There are also online meetings on weekends, and the Open Chat for Newcomers (Friday nights, 9pm Eastern time) where you can get this information. Both of these are held in the FAA Chat Room.

Another place to get contact information is by joining the FAA Loop, which is an Internet FAA meeting held through emails (it's a Yahoo group). You can share your thoughts and feelings on a topic with the whole group, or you can email individuals whose sharing you liked.
