Hi I'm new to the site and have had an eating disorder for six years. I'm doing a bit better but I have no support and really need some rightness now. My biggest thing is when I eat I all of a sudden get so anxious and my mind blocks out and next thing I know is that I binged. Today I ate a little then stopped but I feel so tense and anxious and can't stop thinking about food. just want to know how to get rid the anxiety during eating and after thanks

Hi I am new to FAA, I started the food plan 4 days ago and I have already failed today having mini binge with chocolate, bread and sweets?? If I can't even do 4 days how am I gonna eat this way for life?? I'm so upset and feel such a failure!!
Did anyone start off the same way and caving a few days in? If so any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
