Two days of following the food plan, I binged terribly. Why? How do I stop it?
I am new to this program, and was very happy and excited to start the new healthy food plan. I wrote everything down and did good for 2 days. Today I am feeling a little tired, had a proper lunch according to the plan, and then all of a sudden I started to binge and lost all control. Now I feel terrible. How do I ever learn to stop this behavior?????
