I have a couple questions. I got some rye flakes -the only ingredient is rye, they look like oats, there's no sugar in them, and they take 3 minutes to boil. Is this an ok form of rye?
Also, I think we're only supposed to have one tablespoon of spices a day -do spices in foods count? Like I got hot dogs, and in the ingredients it says they have less than 2% of sea salt -is this ok?
