My question is, in starting the food plan do I have the same oz's I had on the FA plan? I stoped going to FA in May, and I've gained 4 lbs and want to nip this in the bud. I lost 50lbs the first 4 months in FA and changed quite a few sizes that I never want to go back to. I have Ataxia which makes it hard for me to go to meeting phsyically so this sounds great to do on line.
Will someone give me advise on where to start on here and the oz's? When the food plan says 1 veggie does that mean 1 serving is 4 oz's or 6 oz's or 8 oz's? Thanks for any help and guidance you can give me on this! :-)
