Where can I find these 12 steps?

Where are the 12 steps is a question that has come up in the past, so just checked it out again to be sure. On the FAA website for which this online support is a part, they might even be listed here in pone of the forums. However if not we will make sure to see about getting them listed in an appropriate place.

However, If you go to the home page, scroll down a bit into the reading part. You will find some words in green color. Over on the right side you will be able to find the words "Tools of Recovery" If you click on those words, that will bring up a new page and you will find a list of the tools. The fifth one listed is "The Steps." Now we also have a step book, which we use to read about the steps and to work them as well. It has many questions and helps to be able to use and is usually what a person does with the help of a sponsor. Also they can be found in the back of the Food for the Soul meditation book, as well as in our green book (Food Addicts Anonymous) which is our main book. In this book and the step book there is much more information about each step.

Our FAA literature which includes the books mentioned can be ordered from the World Service Office or even downloaded from the site at a lesser price, then the hand held copies. The contact information for all of this would be on the website.
