Trying to order a book from the online store

I've been trying to order a book from the online store. It's asking for my user name and password. I type it, and it says it doesnt exist. Do I have to make a different username and password for this area? Thank you.

The user name and password you have here is only for FAA Online Support. What is being asked for there is your user name and password for the FAA Store. They are two separate things. You are still fine with the name and password you have here in Online Support but that's not what you'll be using for ordering literature.
