Aloha, my name is Jan, and I am looking for a sponsor. All of this is new to me. So, the sponsor will need to be working from the ground up. I live on the Big Island of Hawai'i. I am not sure what else is necessary information. Please let me know. Mahalo!

HI Jan - welcome to FAA. You're in the right place. I'm going to copy some links for you to the website. One way to find a sponsor is to go to meetings. The list will have face to face meetings, as well as phone meetings. Many people meet their sponsors over the phone. The website has the food plan, meeting lists...a lot of really valuable information. Take your time to go through it, and you'll find a lot of what you need. One thing that's really important is connection with other food addicts, so the meetings are especially important.
