Book about food addiction and recovery
My name is Aaron Nelson, and have battled my entire life with food addiction, and in the process, have battled to overcome a stroke, diabetes and congestive heart failure. I have published a book about my recovery and weight loss process, and my ongoing day to day battle with food addiction, and ways that I have found to combat it. Proceeds from this book are being donated to juvenile diabetes research and treatment - a cause very near and dear to me. Please take a moment to check it out; hopefully this book will inspire you as much as did me while writing about my journey. Much love and aloha.

Hello Aaron
Welcome to food addicts anonymous glad you are here you are not alone. Keep coming back! We believe we have a biochemical disease and if we stop putting the substances s/f/w in our bodies the cravings go away and we begin to recover...This is a we program, I was told here in the rooms of Food Addicts Anonymous that Wellness starts with we and Illness starts with I, So Arron keeping back we need you here!!
May you and your book prosper, again keep coming back!

I'm glad you learned from your mistakes, eating is really enjoyable. But too much is bad, like what you stated, you had heart diseases and diabetes. Your experience is really inspiring! Excess sugar consumption can place stress upon the heart, become habit-forming, contribute to the nation’s obesity epidemic and cause diabetes. This is true based on your experience.
