Mary's Gone Crackers??? Is this an abstinent food?

They contain no flour but the ingredients are as follows:
brown rice, quinoa, flax seeds, sesame seeds, water, pepper, salt, tamari (wheat free). They are made into a cracker like form. Not sure if this is acceptable.

    hmmmm

I know that sesame seeds aren't on the plan but sometimes for an oil I use sesame seed oil and it doesn't bother me or cause any cravings.

The other ingredients sound like abstinent ingredients. However, at least for me "crackers" were a binge food. They are so easy to "nibble" on and just keep grabbing handfuls. I would be afraid to eat these because their form might cause a relapse. Also, it may be better to get your grain from something more substantial. A cup of rice would probably be more filling vs 6 crackers (which might not get you to the next meal without being hungry).

Those are just my thoughts but if those aren't worries for you then I don't see why not!
