    I keep getting signed out of FAA, can't figure out why

    I keep getting signed out of FAA and it has taken a long long time to get back in several times and many new passwords. What am I doing wrong? Help.

    Hi Never Too Late,

    I'm sorry you keep getting bumped and I cant think of why this would be happening.

    I'll see if I can figure out why this might be happening and Ill get back to you.

    Try using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer

    I was having a problem with Internet Explorer. When I downloaded Firefox and started
    using that, haven't had any problem at all.

    That is a good idea - thanks, Marie. Firefox works better on the main FAA website, also.
