tummy trouble and depression
So last night after dinner my stomach started hurting and it's the same today along with some depression. I'm just wondering, this is day 6 for me, if these are possible withdrawl symptoms. I've been feeling pretty good even though I've been taking lots of naps. Today is the first day I've felt like this. Anyway, thanks for the support and I'm still plugging along.

Usually a sudden diet change will affect you in some way. And it's not alarming that its happening after about a week. Your body is just adjusting. Btw - where do I find this "Plan?" I just got on this website and Im so confused about this plan people keep mentioning

This food plan is well balanced and includes all the food groups and is high in carbs and high in fiber. It might be the fiber that is bothering you if you are used to eating a lot of fast food which is very low in fiber.
Might help to avoid lentils, beans, split peas, cooked peas, cooked broccoli, turnip greens, sweet corn, lima beans, barley, apples, pears and raspberries till your body has a chance to get used to the increased fiber. You can also check the web for those foods that are low in fiber.
