    Hair Texture Changing!

    Hello fellow food addicts. I've been abstinent from s,f,w for 6 months and I've noticed my hair has turned from straight to CURLY! Just curious if anyone else has noticed their hair texture changing from following our wonderful food plan? I've had straight hair my entire life so this was quite the surprise for me and my hairdresser. lol!

    Yes, that happened to me too! I never thought to relate it to the fact that I was following a different way of eating. And I must say that I LOVE my curly hair - I wanted curly hair my whole life & now I have it. A nice little side benefit here. <-- P.S. That's a wink. It's a little hard to tell, LOL!
