MA or Metabolic Adjustment (evening snack) is needed to help keep the blood sugar on an even keel overnight.

I enjoy a cup of low fat plain yogurt with a cup of berries or a cup of milk and the berries.

    Frozen yogurt delight:

1 cup non-fat/low fat plain yogurt
1 fruit: your favorite ( I like strawberries, blueberries, mixed berries, peaches, cantaloupe, etc)

Blend in food processor, pour in a freezer-safe container, and freeze. Enjoy!

I enjoy this as well. I sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top. I remember to keep my total cinnamon for the day to 1 teaspoon, as it says in the Guide to Abstinence.

As with the yogurt and unsweetened applesauce, a sprinkle of cinnamon is nice with cottage cheese and pineapple too. Again, I remember to keep my cinnamon for the day to a maximum of 1 teaspoon.
