    green smoothie

I tried the green smoothie just recently and it's quite good. I used a cup of water with 2-3 small ribs of celery (and I cut them into chunks before adding to blender) and then added 1 pear in chunks also and then added two large hand fulls of the cleaned baby spinach.

Some people I've talked with say they make a double batch and save half for the next day or make enough to freeze a batch.

Others say they prefer to not have any fruit in their smoothies.

I also tried the Almond Breeze, plain, unsweetened almond milk and it's really plain and didn't bring on any cravings for me, but I don't eat almond nuts. I can eat the raw, plain walnuts and use 1 oz for MA protein.

There are West Coast people who are following vegan food plans or plant based food plans and you get to know them on the late evening phone meeting.

Eating soy products and a mix of vegetables, fruits, beans, and whole grains provides plenty of protein and other important nutrients. According to a research, the main nutrient of concern for vegetarians is vitamin B12, so taking a supplement or multi-vitamin is usually necessary. However, cheese is also a source of vitamin B12
