The retreat will take place at Hampton Inn and Suites, Lincolnshire, IL, located just outside of Chicago. You may choose from two types of rooms, a standard room which includes two double beds and one full bath at the rate of $89 per night, and a two room suite with two double beds and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, at $119 per night. When making reservations, be sure to ask for the FAA conference rate. For additional information regarding accommodations, type “Hampton Inn and Suites Lincolnshire” into a Google search, which will direct you to the inn’s website. 

Please register for the retreat early using the tear-off form below. The cost of registration is $65 which includes Friday and Saturday’s metabolic, but $45 if received by January 30th, 2012. 

The retreat will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday evening, with the retreat beginning at 7:00 PM. We will close at 12:00 NOON on Sunday.
 
     *NOTE: If traveling by air, use O’Hare International Airport.  O’Hare is more accessible to
        Hampton Inn and Suites, Lincolnshire.
